Coriander leaves with intact stems can be stored in a jar filled with water.

Fill the jar with enough cold water to cover the bottom of the cilantro stems.  

Cut the bottom of the coriander stems, then place them in a jar.  

Cover the leaves with a plastic bag, but not too tightly.
