It’s just a job. Never a career. How many regular taking it as career? Many just wanted to make both ends meet at the end of the month. What career you want to talk about when hundreds are on waiting list to be upgraded? Hundreds have not been promoted due to holding only tertiary education?

Same goes to teacher, doctor and nurse. No longer passion but just a job.
