BTW, did the article mentioned how many stupid ass actually listen to them and call the hotline?? If there is not a lot, then is it still a criminal charge?? I can now ask people to go and rob a bank..Whether did a bank robbery take place, am I being taken to task for instigating others to rob a bank??
1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

To be fair the lines they provided are not the ones the public calls for Covid help. One of lines provided was for feedback which wasn't wrong.
There is oso no proof the pple jamming the hotines read or were incited by their FB post to do so.
Garbagemen is ony coming down hard on them bcos the krazy couple has started legal proceedings against Goliath. How do you think that will end?

Heal what lan chal Divide, they are causing harm to people trying to get or seek medication advise.
These are selfish evil little people with personal agenda that causes harm to society.

Firstly, what is the exact words used to fit the description urging people to overwhelmed the hotline. It wasn't mentioned in the article at all.
Like what I said in my earlier post, if today I posted go and rob bank and someone really rob the bank, am I considered urging people to rob bank?
We have to break the info into 2. Moral and legal.
Morally are they right? Probably not, because like what some of you put it, it may deprived people with genuine needs to access the hotline.
Legally are the wrong? I can't think of anything that can nail them. You have to prove that
1. There is a spike in people calling in to 'feedback'
2. The spike is from the 2000 folks in the groupchat. If it is outside the groupchat, can blame on these 2?
