2 policies in Singapore never changed:
import foreigners and increased HDB prices.

On the flip side, It's causing more Singaporeans unemployment and HDB residents paying higher property taxes.

The Monsters are working without tails. They can import because we need them for some specific special skills for 5 or 10 years but a certain portion also must be deported annually. As for the housing, affordability for the Foreigners is wrong.

Most HDB are still building on land which were acquired for a song. How come they can sell it at a price comparable to market prices?

Trading Economics:  In China, employed persons refer to who performed some work for one hour during the reference period.

If they r using market price of land to assess the unit price, it will indicate losses. The HDB housing price should b considered differently if they r built on acquired land.

Since buyers of HDB units have only purchased a 99-year lease, they have no share of the land where their blocks stand on and no strata title. As such, the HDB is not being fair to its tenants by calculating the land cost when evaluating the price of its flats. Buyers are being cheated by the govt.

A S'porean should only be considered a millionaire if he has at least $1 million in cash.

I do not think Govt cheat as most countries did the same. I agree back to zero serve the country best.

Though price need to be more realistic as most HDB is above ground.  That cement floor and wall worth that much Thinking
