1. Never check qualifications of Fake/ Unrecognized degree.
Yet, Employment pass were carelessly issued.

2. Did not deport PRs and their Dependents for having fake/ unrecognized degree

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

4. CECA is allowed to break the law but local companies are not allowed.
Optimum Solutions in Chennai Biz Park does not have Agency License but can advertise for other companies.

Only Registered Companies here can advertise for their own job vacancies under the law.

This is the 4th or 5th time seeing CECA companies breaking the law. I am sure there are many others.
