2011...they said they tried... yet the influx is such that in 2020/2021 the unhappiness reached boiling point...

Whether its problem of low wage Singaporeans,  job insecurity or low birth rate....you can trace back how long ago these problems have been brewing yet remain unsolved.

At some point the number and size of unsolved problems will hit and seriously  stagnate us ...

You drive a car you hear some sound from the back tires you refuse to stop and check because you only care about going forward, then the front also you sound ...you still refuse to stop and check...then you get smoke from the engine ...the engine stops...you have no choice but to stop ...but now all your small problems turn into big ones and you are stuck.

That is how the leadership run this place...all about GDP growth , by all means whether to build gambling casinos or expand foreign influx, or lure the rich with low taxes..they just force the car to move forward...
