cover the poles to reduce ice melting. cover part of ocean to reduce water vaporisation and reduce sea water temperature. that will avoid heavy storm and very strong wind etc.
need this to kick start the cool down cycle. and reduce sea level.
can also stop river water from flowing back into sea. direct it to dry area like desert.
direct part of nile water from source to sahara desert. over time will also have more green as plant will grow with water. so far only can see china doing it. they get the benefits of it.
