Also known as forest city. Should be a good location for casual living. Sea view should cost more.

If there is a property agent firm located there, the business will pick up. Later add in the rest of the facilities. Only the local government can add in the mixture of businesses. With a train link, it will boom. However, going by history, it will only be links.

As she is young, causeway side (more costly) is actual better for her. Maybe her family stays in Jurong-Tuas area.

Foreigner cannot buy less than 1m property in boleh land lah.

So unless she is a Malaysian pr, or someone who is a Malaysian hold the property under her name , if not won't work.

FTs at age 30 years old can buy. She either has to change for a better paid job or quickly marry someone to share the housing loan.

It is expensive in China only for the super-rich. Those villas are conserved ones not easily available. Those farmlands are given to you at birth and to be returned back on death.

For a 27yo, having a saving of over 200k is actually good standing. I think she is doing a lot better than her peers. Most do not have that kind of cash savings to buy anything. Most spent on Taylor Swift tickets etc.

Is it 99 year lease? Foreigners can buy properties at half a million MYR level, is it?

How do you know her parents didn’t sponsor her for paying the house?

She said she is paying by installments for the condo. Not 200k cash payment.

In most cases the parents fork out money for the down payment and the kid pay the housing loan.
