i think it is reasonable, my place yew tee point already one meat and 2 veg.. 6.8$ sometimes 7.5$

meat is ard 3$ to 4$.. veg 1$ to 1.5$,, rice 1$,,

now rent go up 40%.. commmerical one go up the most.
