telco must do their part to auto block overseas call. if not all then at lease give a free options for people who opt in to not accept overseas call. i go phone that used for digital only yet got scammer called. to say they from hospital, customs etc. these legal organization need to report to police of the illegal use of their name to give police ground for actions.

the premise about blocking overseas call is that in this small island it is so easy to get caught and prosecute under out law.

Localized ones can manage.  oversea hoppers not easy to arrest.
