There have been 3 Vietnamese businesses (DN) suspected of being scammed by a Dubai company when they have not paid in full and have received the goods. Industry associations have warned against fraud when exporting.
Specifically, the report of the companies said that the transaction appeared fraudulent behavior from the same buyer (Bab Al Rehab Foodstuff Trading LLC) and the same bank (Ajman Bank PJSC) in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) resulting in lost shipments of companies before full payment has been received.
The buyer had access to the original documents of the shipment without payment, and at the same time cut off contact with the above businesses, raising suspicions of collusion between the buyer and the buyer's bank.
