Strange give 4 local do only 1 make noise. Unlikely give them different deposit amount. That only 1 play gangster lor. Lucky the other 3 take over.

If you read the news the Taiwan side give Vietnam side 4 local travel agencies to handle. Only one of them make noise the other 3 local travel agencies no issue. So that make noise play gangster lor their reason is 10% deposit not fully received but why the other three ok?
