Some people are very geh kiang and refused to take safety precautions. I've seen some kayakers refused to wear life vests because they thought they are very good swimmers. In this case, if the woman had worn a helmet she'd probably be ok.

Please read the news reports carefully. That woman wore a helmet which fell off from the impact of her crash while she was speeding. Stop making false accusations against a dead person.
