Just assume that most of the people here are infected. It is just that a lot of people never go for PCR tests.
Today saw a few who had recovered from Covid. Worst, saw a lot of foreign workers together waiting outside for clinic check-ups. Total about 30-40 of them. They will not be tested for covid because the clinic doesn't conduct swap tests.

They ought to test themselves before going out.

Unless they swam there, taking a flight will mean one has to clear the test before taking off.
Are the test different in both countries? It amazes me that a negative case can take a flight and then end up as positive for covid...

Perhaps but cannot be all or most not from Sg.
Swimming and Sail incidents put doubt Sg real situation.
