That corrupt S Iswaran was instrumental in hoodwinking his Cabinet colleagues into thinking that CECA would benefit S'poreans. Our leaders signed away tens of thousands of white collar jobs to CECAs while our true blue S'poreans cannot find gainful employment.

India is unable to generate enough jobs for their university grads holding fake degrees, so depend on gullible govts like the overpaid Ministers in S'pore to absorb them, while our own true blue citizens struggle with unemployment and underemployment.
