Ministers said return cutlery won't cause old aunties/ uncles lose jobs?

Did the cleaning operators own by the Ministers or Ministers so high position losing touch with ground?  Cleaning operators want to save cost & reduce manpower, save cost. Old aunties/ uncles don't know where to look for jobs, how to survive?  Jobs taken by young patrolling embassadors getting high salary.

There are many old uncles/aunties that is currently are cleaners but when it is compulsory to return trays, then they will be out of job.  How to put food on the tables. It could be that they only know how to clean tables and collect used utensils... crying
