Only landed or GCB is worth value. All building living on air is not worth so much. Once tear down, u go hold that piece of air space

Freehold condos or others are getting lesser as new ones are all 99 years going forward.
So price can still go up.
Why buy an over valued 99 yrs hdb? Diff to understand.

It's only asking price. You can aso list yr flat at 3m. If an agent wants to entertain you, he may help you list on property guru site
