What's the use of spending so much money on submarines?

Our coast guards and navy should patrol the waters in the Straits of Singapore to deter any pirate boats in that area.....and open fire if necessary.......... Big Grin

Singapore coast guard should consider installing a telescope with large aperture on top of MBS overlooking Indonesia.

Even one ship robbery right Infront of our eyes is too much.
