🚨 URGENT: Help TOC File POFMA Appeal on Ridout Story 🚨

We raised public interest questions on the extensive earthworks & lease at Minister K Shanmugam’s Ridout residence:

But instead of answers, the Govt issued a POFMA correction direction — reframing our questions into false statements of fact we never made.

⚠️ This POFMA direction is also one of the two being used to declare TOC as a Declared Online Location (DOL), threatening to cut us off from major platforms & fundraising.

We are challenging this in court — but SGD 15,000 is urgently needed to cover filing fees, legal costs & security deposit.

❓ Can journalists be punished under POFMA just for asking questions? That’s what this fight is about.
