100 after 40% discount is 60 multiply by 1.6 is 96.
so citydev is giving discount to attract foreigner who was shy off by gov increased tax on foreigner.
benefits singaporean who want a sentosa units at a good discount.

so the gov measures actually hit developer more then foreigners. time to adjust the property measures as cannot keep adding without removing or one day will make property market stifle until cannot transacts.
