The PMA at fault ? crossing road without stopping and no signal light thinking grandfather road.....Usually motorcycle will obey the traffic rules and regulation while on road.....(I think only)

These lau kok kok shouldn't be on the roads in the first place.
The other day, I was walking on a pavement minding my own business. Then I heard very furious bell ringing behind me. Turned out a white unker was impatient and wanted to cut me and at the same time showing displeasure he had to wait behind a lowly pedestrian.
I was seriously in two minds about whacking him. But thought the better of it and just nonchantly went on my way
