i have a legacy
childhood the man who prepared Hokien mee in Katong
prepared it in a giant wok with 2 hands.
He and my father were good friends. They gambled together
I remember it was not wet. Got mee hoon
when the wok ready the Q assembled
non-stop until all finished serving

Was at old airport HC last week looking for nam sing but end up ordering CKT.
