base on two points ,
Doors are not facing neighbour directly
This one got some old HDB flat are like this , same apply for some BTO Flats
House is facing an open space
This one ??? Literally HDB flat Hardly you can find a unit facing an open space
even yes, soon will be build New BTO flats or something.
