Us has ability to do that if they use smaller companies that working on next gen nasal vaccines.
Nasal vaccine can result higher antibodies at the entry and very less damage to the veins and vessel.
P & M cannot make it as Americans do not trust mRNA covid vaccines.
If referring to the pill, is too expensive, more options needed as current pill halt transmission is weak.
