My guess is he must have visited dimly lit KTVs in the past to learn this insight...which he used to make profits on reits.
His "can see can touch" principle applies to both KTV girls and Reits equally well.

If u go for one day. How to tell??? U need to go for many days week. Base on a single day n buy is stupid.

Last yr when Big tech Meta Goog Msft lao sai, reits look darn good....meta plunge 50% those who bought feel like fools switch to reits because reits promoters push as safer investments....
It's all risk and reward.
On hindsight easy to say what one should have done.
