https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/air-fryer#less-fat

air fryer instead of a deep fryer can help cut the foods’ fat content by up to 75%.

Switching to an air fryer may aid in weight loss

Air-fried foods are lower in fat than deep-fried foods, which may help reduce calorie intake and help you manage your weight.

My mum says no need Air Fryer

cos our Panasonic Inverter is more powerful

and can do combi like Steam + Grill, Microwave + Grill, . . . .

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Still can use but seldom use. Use oven more often as I like to bake.
