I just told UOB off yesterday!

I called up for waiver of annual subscription, they asked me one whole string of questions about myself and my credit card. I answered some and then refused to continue.

After that I tried their automated answering. Less questions asked and I was told that someone will call me to confirm if I get the waver.

Yesterday, someone called me and asked me the whole string of questions again! I told him off!

I told him that I only want to know whether my annual fee is waved or not.

How to accept these type of FTs?

Morally wrong to impersonate Policemen and Ministers. This is not called good acting skills although they have scripts to read out too.

Cheating in their school exams does not means that cheating people is the same.

Should send them for Civic Studies.
