If the MIW were genuine in building Singapore, start with local talent. Where are the IT and Banking top tier talent amongst Singaporeans? Was there a real cultivation program to build them up two decades ago after the bullshite fanfare when Pinky claimed that FTs are here to develop and groom locals?

It is like the S'pore Premier League for football, where the foreigners make up almost 1/2 the team of most clubs, but there is no transfer of talent to locals, the foreign players are not much better in terms of skill and almost none take up SG citizenship thereafter when they got the pink IC.
