Really? It's crowded on weekends due to the FWs pre-pandemic. Not been there since the pandemic started. The higher levels are quite quiet, even the food court. Yes, there's a well-hidden food court at level 5 or 6.

wah, you 2 stay nearby ah ?............City Plaza - not been there in years..........got Mister Mobile (probably the only reason for me to go there).............now all shops selling foreign things, right ?
