East Coast GRC also...................mostly, they will be split up into more smaller 3-man GRCs to reduce losses.................also need more minority candidates - something that opposition will struggle to find...........

I am just hinting break one constituency out from GRC can greatly disrupt rivals deployment plan. 
They can go for gerrymander method, though it can backfire. 

Election committee keep it current way til Wong become PM.
