BlackRock sold millions of Keppel share before XE. They do not like the SCM merger or did the wrong calculation or they know something no other knew?

There was a drop of about 4% in SCM stock that explains y Keppel gain dropped from 18% to 14% this morning.  Besides rhis,  is there other things BlackRock knew tt other did not know?
