A far cry: SIA only flies to 50 of 195 Singapore world's most powerful passport visa free countries ..
So, what happened to the other 145 countries?
Why SIA struggling only to fulfil a tiny scratch on the surface of 20% commitment of Singapore world's most powerful passport?
Certainly, SIA can do much better than this?

Singapore Airlines
"The Group has a practice of hedging fuel costs on a declining wedge basis.
Over the past decade, fuel hedging resulted in cumulative losses of $(492.2) million, and over
the past 20 years, the cumulative losses amounted to $(628.5) million."

.
Why is Singapore rushing at breakneck speeds to put the cart before the horse?
Similarly, in early 2000 ex PM Lee signed open sky agreement with every country he visited until SIA commited to many loosing $$$ routes.
