he does not want to extra burden the hospitals 
do u know how much extra cleaning ,stand by,rehearsal on action n what drs need to speak to him
how many man hrs water,time n efforts WASTED just for his 1hr visit,

SIMILARLY WHEN AH HENG WAS THE MOE MINISTER WHEN VISITING A SCHOOL THE STAFF NEED MUCH  PREPARTIONS FOR A WK, PAINTINGS, CLEANING,S REHEARSALS, I M V SURE THE TEACHERS DO NT WELCOME THIS EXTRA WORKS.

That was he got cancer

But since he is fine and well, it's time for him to see other patients and provide doctors and nurses encouragement and support.
