I still remember my cousin friend who is a property agent, what he said is TRUE. One thing he is ok since he quite rich.

Yesterday I took a bus. Because I didn't have a transport card I need to put coins. I am short of 10 cents for a $1.70 ticket and need to beg to change $5 note for a 10 cents coin. In the end someone offer me a 20 cents coin. Then driver say never mind he can charge me a snr citizen ticket for just $1.50.
