If you are rich, some will hate you as you said because they see an inequality. The inequality could be due to their own doing or their circumstances but there's no point reasoning it out with them.

These are the usual reactions of others to a person who is either poor or wealthy. Common sense will tell you that not everybody reacts to fit neatly into both categories.
