Households may be fined up to $5,000 or imprisoned for a term not exceeding 3 months or both2. In Singapore, around 900 households were fined at least S$200 for “breeding mosquitoes” due to failure to clean up stagnant water and unintentionally leaving water containers uncovered.

WHY is she only fined $1400 for intentionally breeding mosquitoes?
No one should ever be allowed to put their religion on top of National Laws
It should be 6 mths jail and fine $5000.

Koh was the only witness for her own defence. She said she had done what she could to prevent mosquito breeding according to NEA's Dengue Home Guidelines, and that if NEA failed to inform the public that mosquitoes could breed in toilet bowls, the public would not know.

Even one old neighbour around 70 years old
go Malaysia holiday also know must seal her toilet bowl
Impossible that Koh does not know
