Very misleading title. I thought she scanned the QR and got scammed. That's impossible.

It is because she downloaded and installed a malware app lah.

Even then, it is impossible to have her account drained without her knowing.

The bank app is identified exclusively to your phone and there is no such a thing as remotely taking over your mobile

It is not a desktop, even then, there is OTP, that decisively breaks any MITM attacks

IAM appalled at the fake info these blockheads in-charge of cyber-security are dishing out to the public
