Why does a property website need more than 1000 employees?

The interface is quite good but the propertyguru website doesn't do much more than what carousell or Facebook marketplace can do.

I learnt from a friend working in SEA Holding (Shopee). He said during good time, Shopee website 1 banner has 2 developers supporting it. Big Grin
