nature way of reducing the heat . just like we put ice water on body when in fever.
the higher temperature means sea water are also warmer, so requires less sunlight (actually more sunlight in current situations) to evaporate more water. so more cloud (that will block off more sunlight), more rain and heavier one. like a well design automated cooling system.
