US ordered Dutch gov to stop selling EUV Lithography Machine to China. ASML had many orders for China but can't sell.  

Now China can make the machines by itself.    

Soon, ASML will bankkrupt if no sale.   

Economically, no benefits for Holland and ASML. Perhaps, ASML will be forced to close it's office just like Volkswagon in Germany.
