What I was pointing to was that for public sector candidates, the need to be a grandmaster at plp is most desirable and therefore comparable to private sector p&l lah... Lol
165 CEOs never come out to compete cos either they are GLC CEOs or they don't want to downgrade their lifestyle lah. Lol
