any bintan expert here? need some fun ideas for a family with small kid. i went last year stayed at nirwana, it was a relaxin trip

going again soon for 4 days. nirwana was good but im looking for something nicer. i can choose a complimentary stay at banyan tree with my amex platinum. but the remaining days will be like 400-500 a night. i wondering if it's worth paying double of nirwana. 

it looks like a better choice would be four points by sheraton? but it's more like a spa resort? i'd like something kid-friendly..

i like the kelong restaurant, horse riding etc that nirwana has to offer, should i just stick to it or there's something better. 

im not gonna rent a car so transport is a problem. last i went i only took nirwana's shuttle. there was no grab there. any other app that works? or charter a transport would be better?

wife wants sanchaya but the rate is crazy. with that rate i might as well go another country.

If I am you, I will go for cruise up Vietnam.
Cruise is also family friendly.

I like to go off the cruise after reaching each port of call.
Bintan Nirvana is a boring place.
Nothing much you can do over there besides rotting at the pool or seaside or cinema. Though their service is actually not bad.
