Must sentence his accuser to 4 years of community work and compensate the doctor for monetary loss for causing the doctor to suffer for the past 4 years.

This will prevent ladies who are up to no good and think they can wrongly accuse a man and go away scoff free.

No money for lawyers = no justice.

Legal cost in Singapore is beyond the reach of many. All lawyers no money no talk.

Even if you self-represent, Court filing costs is so expensive !

Ordinary Singaporeans don't have affordable  access to  legal services.

If kena such a case where woman accuse, you can only get state assigned lawyer who is overworked and not motivated. He will just ask you to plead guilty and go to jail.

Yes only rich can afford top lawyers to fight and clear name. If poor better go to jail....

I am intrigued by what the court said. Something like she was not an employee, patient or a doctor… but yet she still appeared inside his clinic? Maybe there is more than meets the eye. Hence $600k instead of open and shut case.

The 33-year-old woman’s identity and occupation cannot be disclosed due to a court order, which covers her relationship to Dr Yeo..

Which law firm ripped the $600k from him?

Understand that it is not Eugene Thuraisingam's firm.
