Upon finding herself on the receiving end of a verbal outburst by an irate private-hire driver, a passenger decided to record the latter's rants.

This PHV driver is obviously in the wrong job. He needs a backend position where he doesn't need to interact with people (including colleagues) since he is so short tempered. Well, he will probably die of a heart attack one day while venting his frustrations behind the wheel.
