But must choose close to swimming pool. Best is near balcony, if wanna swim just walk out jump into the pool.
Also can beo ppl swimming while you chill at your balcony.

Like these ground floor units facing bedok reservoir the views are fantastic, better than high floors
Those facing pools sometimes quite noisy. And at night when light off, you can see free entertainment

for Me I already mention, I will choose balcony facing the swimming pool lor. I saw OYK one video , it seem he stay in condo ground unit.
