Smile just TAX More according from the selling price. If can sell off at millions than Tax more.

Just tax additional to any of them when they sell within 10 Years and especially those who are giving up Citizenships and PR status.

I just see what Lawrence Wong going to say come this Sunday NDP Rally. I do remember Gan claim Govt , for those buyer taking Govt grant to buy BTO flat later sell at resale market , they will have to pay back the HDB grant to Govt. I don't know is it already applying now or what. I only just heard before from one of my uncle who happen sold his HDB flat , just claim need to put back some money into this CPF , one my army friend also told me the same after minus those money need to put back his CPF , than property agent commission , the remining is his real profits after sales.
