for an example they own EV car than that charging point they install outside their landed house the electricity is free from their solar panel which they install above their rooftops
Next come veggies they have own plot of land to rear veggies even fruits all free.
Stay in HDB Kns pay this and that
Wanna grow veggies also need to rent that place worst kena stolen by other ppl also rent that place

Those near many amenities are rare. Like near mrt, many buses, malls, shops, famous eateries, gd schs, near downtown, and big enough to grow fuit trees, chickens, 什么都有 really difficult to find

Even those normal landed house side by side already can liao rah. Really FREE come charging EV car via Solar Panel , also no need pay car park fee monthly , grow own veggies, fruits so good.

Nowadays even an intermediate terrace would cost 8.4m. Very expensive.
On average, intermediate terraces shd be 4 to 6m. Big corner terraces 6 to 8m, semi d 8 to 10m, detached 11 to 25m. Not affordable for commoners
