2000psf quite good. got mall, mrt station, ShitInterchange, wet market, hwaker center, many shops, ... maintenance might be high for an integrated development

so far in SG , I only see like 3 condos are the worth to take , is not at Sentosa.

the one which Dyson CEO used to own and already sold.
the 2nd one is at Marina, can over see MBS just from your bedrooms, living rooms depend your unit facing where.
the 3rd is St Regis Residences at Orchard.
