The problem is many deaths after Pfizer vaccination due to myocarditis but MOH denied they are due to vaccines.
Who say no dispute?
It is not just within a short period, it could be a long term heart problem that may cause death even after a long period.

Most of the deaths are disputed by MOH on their reason "Death due to heart attack, not related to vaccines".
. There are urgent reasons for gov to let people to choose inactivated vaccines.

Smart people dun take any fake vaccine. Not so smart people choose between mrna fake vaccine or inactivated vaccine. The dumbest people go for mrna poison.

It might not be immediate as you have pointed out. There is someone I know personally who got the heart attacks a few months after the second jab. This person didn’t have any heart conditions before that.
