PAP has to give incentives to employers to hire older applicants.
without incentives, no employer will hire older applicants.
PAP refuses to give incentives means PAP does not care about ageism.
PAP votes need to drop to 51% to resolve ageism.

Well, I am one of those who was age discriminated. Would my own Govt care and take action on these companies?

What sort incentive do you expect from pap to give?
1. Productive fund ( still not enough)
2. Lower tax ? ( How much lower needed to be reduced)
3. Skill future upgrade ( employer no need to spend a a single cent or arrange course to train current hirer employee still not enough)
4. Expand of intern ( expand tertiary student ( a key to access and exploit young educated labor)( still no enough)
5. Not mentioned now still tariff fund aid for them ( still not enough)
Isn't these consider incentive and current policy.

Why local are not get employ or underemployment?

All the Govt needs to do is to stop those passes for Admin jobs. However, they are too prejudice against us to wanting this approach.
